Teacher of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga (RYT 200), yogi since 2009-ish. After having been around the world I´ve now settled down in Stockholm – but planning to never stop travelling! I used to run my own company as an architect, working day and night in front of a screen, but since I burned out a couple of years ago I´ve gradually switched careers. I love learning new postures as well as helping others progress towards a fun and safe practice. I find it gives me sanity, positive vibes and a good portion of laughs. As well as strength, flexibility and balance, but that´s a given!

From May 2018 I´ll also be certified as a Rocket Yoga teacher – a strong and playful kind of yoga based in the Ashtanga sequence, but spiced up and a lot more flowy. And in August 2018 I´m planning to do a Yin Yoga teacher training to complement my strong styles with the slower and deeper yin practice! In the meantime, I sometimes write for the blog of Sweden´s largest online yoga website. Check it out: https://yogobe.com/se/blog

Student testimonials:

Frida teaches the first yoga class I’ve ever enjoyed! She’s a fun teacher who practices her craft beautifully, keeps each class interesting and dynamic for all of the different levels in the room, and makes sure everyone is just a little bit sore the next day!

Nina Oswald, USA/Sweden

Frida is the most supportive, encouraging, wise and gentle teacher I´ve had the pleasure of being guided by. She is a true yogi – her practice is nothing but inspiring and her nature is like a glowing light that fills people and spaces. I´ve had the pleasure of being under her guidance over the last month during my 200 hours Teacher Training in Goa, and she has inspired and nurtured me in equal measure. To be her student – you are one lucky human being!

Daisy Mulligan, U.K.

Fridas klasser är fulla med energi och kraft både för kroppen och sinnet! Hennes tydliga instruktioner och genomtänkta flöden gör att man kan lägga totalt fokus på rörelsen och andningen och glömma världen utanför.
